It's highly sophisticated and super sensitive electronics are housed in a rugged fully stainless steel enclosure. Fitted with anti-rotation mechanism and inert gas fitted for component longevity, the hpc provides for an ip67 enclosure rating. Purpose designed to meet the needs of the weighbridge and truck scale manufacturer, the cell is supplied in two optimum weighbridge cell capacities of 30t and 45t. The load cell is electronically and mechanically compatible and interchangeable with all 2 mvv hpc's. It has a three year warranty and is supplied individually packed with a detailed accuracy certificate traceable by serial number.

We offer Pt9011ovl Double Ended On Board Vehicle Loadcell.(15t) For Onboard truck, trailer applications The PT9011OVL is a tool steel beam sealed to IP67, electroless nickel plated and ideally suited to onboard vehicle weighing. The PT9011OVL can also be used in standard weighing installations where a rigid connection is required to keep the load in place and can support various axels or bearings in industrial weighing. Rugged construction houses a very accurate measurement element which produces better than .03% combined error. With a top capacity of 450t this is one of the worlds highest of the shelf capacity load cells, in addition to the high capacity the HCC has a safe load of 120% of capacity and an ultimate load of 300% of capacity. Large stable base sealing combined with optimal hardness radius top sealing provides for accurate results and simpler installation. Provided with 2mVV output signal and 9m long integral cable it is available in 4 standard capacities of 90t, 180t, 225t and 450t with an operating temperature range of 35 65c and a compensated range of - 10 50c makes the HCC the first choice for serious measurement professional.
