Natural Granite is extremely hard and durable and comes in a large, ever changing variety of colours. Interestingly it is a Quartz based rock formed from the cooling of volcanic magma. Different granites have different hardness gradings and are priced accordingly. It is advised you individually select your slabs to ensure you get the pattern and colour you desire. Natural stone granite benchtops are stunning but require proper care and sealing to keep them looking their best.

Marble and Limestone are stunning natural products. (Interestingly – Marble is actually compressed Limestone). Each slab is individual and it is recommended that you select your slabs directly with the supplierimporter. The colours vary considerably from shipment to shipment. The first thing you need to decide is whether you want a NATURAL stone bench top (such as marble or granite) or if you want a man-made RECONSTITUTED stone. We at Stone Concepts QLD are manufacturersfabricators only. We don’t import the stone slabs however we do deal with the majority of local supplierimporters. Only stone fabricators (stonemasons) are able to purchase from the importers, but you are more than welcome to view at their showrooms (addresses and times can be found from the links below).
