Our Organic Coconut Oil is made only a few metres from the farm which is home to thousands of trees, all grown in loving conditions in the renowned Coconut Triangle of Sri Lanka. We use a slow heating technique using charcoal from the coconut shells which gives the oil its distinct aroma. The oil is considered Extra Virgin, owing to the smooth, silky finish and full bodied flavour.

The family owned farm has been in operation for the past 40 years and prides itself on creating an organic, raw, unrefined product, free from additives and chemicals. Some of the profits raised from this family owned business are given back to the local community, allowing for rural development projects across the farmlands. Coconut Gold Coconut Oil is certified organic by four registered bodies and is GMO Free, gluten free and rich in lauric acid. With so many competing brands on the market, choosing the right coconut oil can sometimes be hit and miss but, we can assure you, once you try our coconut oil you will never use another brand again.
Our Green Banana Flour is made from the fruit of unripe, or 'green', bananas (Musa acuminata for those scientifically inclined).
This is a new addition to the healthy eating landscape and we are proud to be one of the first to bring this amazing product to Australia. We use all-natural green bananas grown in loving conditions for a wholesome cooking and baking flour.

Fibre is also extracted from the pseudo stems and converted into tough threads. These are then used in the manufacturing of handicrafts which are all-natural and sustainably produced for the local market in Sri Lanka.
Our active Australian Manuka Honey is harvested by our specialist beekeepers along the East Coast of Australia’s pristine bushland and forests. Active honey has much greater antibacterial properties compared to normal honey.

Our state of the art facility also manufactures Natural Banana Paper using a 100% sustainable process. We use harvested banana plants as the base to create paper, preventing these plants from being sent to refuse. This also helps local farmers benefit from the entire plant (fruit, leaves and stems) being utilized.
Lightly Toasted Coconut Chunks are made from the meat of the mature coconut. The chunks can be consumed as a snack with no further additions or you could try one of our favourites where you could lightly pan toast them with chilli or Cajun seasoning for that extra kick. Our chunks retain the natural oils that are so beneficial and form the crux of any good coconut product. The coconut meat in its many forms is a functional food – as a high quality food source which improves specific functions once inside the body (i.e. feeds good bacteria in the intestines).
