We are a renowned Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Concrete Repair Products (CRP AC) in Australia offering Curing Membrane, Acrylic Modified Emulsion, Concrete Surface Sealer. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP AC) is water based acrylic modified emulsion used as a curing membrane on freshly poured concrete. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP AC) meets AS3799 requirements and exhibits excellent durability as a concrete sealer. Benefits
Uses : CRP AC is suitable for curing all freshly laid concrete either smooth or textured, indoors or outdoors. Typical Properties and Application Data
Roller - Broom
20 Lt container
Surface Application Apply CRP AC to the concrete as soon as the bleed water has gone and the concrete has hardened sufficiently so as not to be marked by the application process. Apply CRP AC undiluted at a rate of 1 litre per 5m2. Best applied by spray, however, may also be applied by brush, roller or broom. If after trades need to be applied it is recommended that a period of 28 days from the date of pouring has elapsed before any after trades are applied. Available In : 20 ltr/ 200 Ltr/ 1000 Ltr.
The company is a major Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Concrete Repair Products (CRP C30). The Concrete Repair Product (CRP C30) is petroleum wax-based, type-1 class-A spray-able curing compound formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP C30) is a low medium viscosity and white pigmented emulsion of specially blended waxes. CRP C30 meets the requirements of AS3799 for moisture retention in liquid membrane curing compounds. Uses
Note : After thirty to thirty five (30-35) days the continuous film formed on the concrete surface will begin to degrade due to exposure of UV light. The rate of degradation will depend on the initial film thickness and degree of UV exposure. Surface Application

We are counted amongst the leading Manufacturers, Exporters and Suppliers of Concrete Repair Products (CRP D30) and Moisture Evaporation Retarder. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP D30) is a wax-based, sprayable, type 1-D curing compound formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP D30) is a white pigmented low medium viscosity emulsion of specially blended waxes, in which D stands for dye added. CRP D30 is excellent for curing concrete structures where a bond breaker is required. It meets the requirements of AS3799 for moisture retention in liquid membrane curing compounds. Uses

The company is a chief Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Concrete Repair Products (CRP EC30). The Concrete Repair Product (CRP EC30) is an environmental alternative to Prime Coats and is designed to penetrate 12mm to 25mm into the base and sub-base of stabilized imestone, gravel and caliche bases. Traditionally known as cutback asphalts, prime coats (aka. primes), have been known to most effectively cure sub-base and base materials, while at the same time been scrutinized for its un-environmental application methods. Features
Note : Preliminary investigations have led to positive results with all requirements for the products applications; however, further investigation is needed to create a workable platform for contractor traffic after 72 hours application. Current tests indicate a degrading performance if EC-30 is applied if contractor trafficisopened immediately after application. Technical Data
Guidelines for Use and Application : Depending upon the openness of the surface to be treated and under preliminary investigation, it was concluded that desirable results were found after an application rate of 0.5 â 1 litre per square metre. Like traditional tack coats and curing membranes, the CRPâEC30â should be applied with well-calibrated distributors. Spray bar and distributor nozzles should be sized and set to deliver to the desire shot rate. Air and pavement temperatures should be sufficiently high to allow the emulsion to fully cure, and there should be no imminent threat of rain. Storage and Handling : CRPâEC30â is a water based suspension, and should not be exposed to freezing temperatures below 5o or overheating over 50oC. The emulsion is chemically stabilized, so care should be taken not to upset the chemicals balance with contamination by chemicals, over-exposure to air, or adverse mechanical or thermal conditions. Before being filed, tanks and trucks should be examined for possible contaminants. Tanks may be circulated top to bottom with a pump, but over-pumping is to be avoided. Recommended use and storage temperatures are given in the table. Precautions : Do Not Dilute with Additional Water. Do not apply when temperatures are Available In : 20 ltr/ 200 Ltr/ 1000 Ltr.
