STAYPUT HB "OHV" can be sculptured to any shape so as to emulate old style building structures The styles are limited only to the imagination if the applicator. Stayput Ultrafine can be applied to most types of masonry structuers and steel Stayput Ultrafine can be applied in conjunction with CRP HB on kerb and channel where a large break out has been repaired with Stayput HB and the ballance is looking tired, clean off and paint with CRP ULTRAFINE to give an all round same apperance -- is excellent for waterproofing prefab or tilt up concrete walls that are effected by water seepage, The product is available in 20 kilogramme pails and can be ordered in 20 or 10 kg bags at a mimimum of one metric tonne. Guidelines for Use and Application CRPâMERâ can be used on coloured concrete, prestressed or precast concrete, roads, bridges etc. CRPâMERâ is ideal for use with coloured dry shakes on concrete where extra time may be required to enable placement of stencils, mats etc. The product is suitable for wood float, hand trowel or machine finishes. Prior to application CRPâMERâ must be thoroughly shaken, then mixed at a rate of one(1) part CRPâMERâ to nine (9) parts water. The product should be applied by spray to the concrete surface at a uniform rate of 1 litre per 5m2. NOTE : Do not over apply CRPâMERâ as this can affect the water/cement ratio, causing the concrete surface to become weak or dusty. CRPâMERâ IS NOT a curing compound. All concrete surfaces should be cured according to AS3600 using a curing compound that complies with AS3799 (90% minimum curing efficiency). Available In : 20 ltr/ 200 Ltr/ 1000 Ltr.
