Can be placed over head at a thickness of 40 mm on the overhead plane and up to 150 mm in thickness on the vertical plane. If no sag is what you require CRP Stayput HB OHV is the preferred product. Can be coloured with powdered oxide. Easy to use when following directions on the data sheet. STAYPUT HB "OHV" can be sculptured to any shape so as to emulate old style building structures The styles are limited only to the imagination if the applicator. Crp X40 is a high grade hydrocarbon resin concrete curing compound.Crp X40 has a moisture retention rate of 90% and meets the requirments af the Australian Building Code AS3600/AS 3799.The product is available in 5 gallon (20 litre) 44 gallon (200 litre) and 264 gallons (1000 liters)The products is preferably an out door use product can also be used indoor but will not take after trades unless ground off , shot blasted or a solvent stripper .The product starts to break down after 7 days and totally leave the surface in 45 to 55 days --- before over coating, always do a test patch first -- you must take thed required preparation steps so at to obtain your desired effect before applying any after trade

      • Surface Application Apply CRP AC to the concrete as soon as the bleed water has gone and the concrete has hardened sufficiently so as not to be marked by the application process. Apply CRP AC undiluted at a rate of 1 litre per 5m2. Best applied by spray, however, may also be applied by brush, roller or broom. If after trades need to be applied it is recommended that a period of 28 days from the date of pouring has elapsed before any after trades are applied.
